These are the only handsets that work with my base. So, I have no choice -- as long as I keep my base the same. And there are very few bases that accommodate 4 lines anymore. So, the good -- sound quality, features are OK, display is fine. The bad: keypad sometimes does NOT send digit when pressed. That drives me & SO nuts. Other -- repeat calls from same number are all logged separately, even if are one after the other. Also, and more of a base issue, you can't sync the phone-book between handsets (or base), so if you want to save a number, you have to repeat on each...
it was a very good price and I was able to sync it up with my base set quite easily.

It works fine, but is more complicated to program than I expected. I'm still working on it. My prior Nortel system was much easier.
