So many options !
In addition to all the usual choices (redial, mute, etc.), this phone has two ways to clarify sounds and three ways to raise volume, plus numerous choices for ring tones. Although I use Vonage's transcribe-to-email rather than an answering machine, the answering machine on this phone seems to offer anything one could need. The phone has larger buttons than our last phone, which makes the numbers much easier to see. All the buttons are soft touch. My husband (whose hearing is really bad) says he can hear much better on this phone than on our last (perfectly nice, big name brand) phone. I'm enjoying hearing our current ring tone: Beethoven's Pastoral. A Winner In My House
This fully functional phone is great. Bought it for my partner who has mild hearing loss and he likes this phone a lot. The volume can be turned up while using the phone and it can be rather loud. It does have a small variety of ringtones which are nice and when the phone rings there is a little blinking red light too.
