The description was stated as "Open Box." That means in new condition with all parts included. Missing was the hex key. The key is needed to secure the spacer to an L-bracket. The item was quickly delivered, but the key, supplied by the manufacturer, was not included.

Sold item in brand new condition for $25 at 1/3 of retail price, shipped/delivered in a few days from California to NYC, pictures didn't include a hex key, description didn't mention a hex key and buyer never asked for one after receiving it, yet the buyer is complaining. Deeply disappointing experience.
