The size of the collar was smaller than the description. As it was the maximum size that the seller provided. I asked for a refund. You can only get a refund if you return the goods to their warehouse in CHINA !!!. They do NOT have a UK returns address. Item £17.86. The cost to return the item to China is £105.00. They REFUSED to give me a refund. DO NOT USE SELLER
