I finally received the item! I did put in a claim yesterday(May 9th) today is May 10th. The item was scheduled for delivery on April 27th, 28th, 29th. Then I notified ebay, I believe on the 4th and was told I'd have to wait til the 9th to put in a claim. So, I did. If ebay was able to get the delivery sent to me today then Kudos to them. Thank You! I would not by from the seller again because of the attitude I got from him in an email. He won't give me a refund unless I gave feedback.
