Worth the time and money, just be patient and take time to understand it.
The Olympus SZ-10 is an incredible entry-level camera and is capable of some amazing things, provided you know how to use it properly. A lot of people complain that it takes blurry photographs and to some lesser extent I agree but that's only if you do not manipulate the settings to fit it, and your needs. You need to understand how this thing works before you snap a shot. This camera can be adjusted to deal with most light levels and situations provided you also take the care to work along with it. It's light-weight and easy to hold, fitting most hands comfortably. Always remember that you're at the mercy of the lens. It has an auto-focus without a manual option. So figure out how it determines the focal point on your subject. Using something like spot focus helps a lot ... Great camera, outstanding features, small size and light weight
The perfect blend of outstanding features with a small size, light weight and long range zoom. You can keep it as simple as point and click or learn all of the advanced features to make creative shots. The panorama is an amazing feature and the automatic mode quick and seamlessly blends together 3 shots. There are many choices in this field, but this Olympus has to be one of the best.

Great camera and a great price..
i bought 2 of these cameras, one for my girlfriend and one for me.. We both love them...The picture quality is excellent, its lightweigt and you can carry it in your pocket...Lots of great features and you cant beat the price..

My first digital camera and it makes me feel like a pro.
I bought a Nikon Coolpix S3100 and it took fuzzy pics sometimes and with the same settings and everything the same it would take a great picture. Very unreliable picture taking. I returned it and got my money back. I went to a major retailer and checked out all of their cameras in the store and this was recommended by the tech on duty, and it took great pictures every shot in the store. I took it home and using it the same as I did the Nikon it blew it away. Easy to use and great pictures every shot. Very easy for a novice like me to use. I LOVE my Olympus, and the feel of it in my hand is very nice, the materials are great too.
