I received an incorrect, damaged and used item. Contacted the seller and was told I would get a replacement item when it comes back in stock in a week or two. I checked with the seller every week for over a month and was told every time that it would be in stock the following week. Now the seller stopped responding to my messages, so I requested a return that was immediately rejected by the seller.

Box arrived damaged and crushed on one side. Espresso pods were crushed and damaged. I contacted the seller, Clothes and More Four Less. They responded saying they would send a replacement box. The replacement box was never sent. I tried messaging again, and seller said box would be sent out that day. To date no replacement box has been sent. I tried messaging seller again but he does not respond.

I wouldn't never buy from this indiv ever again. Phone is not new as advertised & was filthy; having difficulty with my internet but requested a return and the seller refused to respond. Then when I finally was making headway, ebay says so sad, too bad, case closed.
