On time shipping, box came in a little beat up from carrier throwing the box around. Item came in broken with no sound, contacted seller who contacted me back right away and assured me it worked before shipping. I heard something rolling around on the inside and I opened it up (I do not recommend doing this, I have worked on these before) removed it and cleaned the laser and everything worked ... I have about 65hr' of run time on this item, more packing in the box is the only negative.
