The runner is very good quality and seems very durable. Durability has to judge after long term use but from the quality it seems very durable. I gave them 3 stars on shipping my item took 8 days to ship from the seller with no tracking just stated label created for the 8 days. I would give this seller ZERO STARS for communication because he NEVER responded to my messages requesting an update on shipping and the rug was late.
