This washing machine can only wash 4 pounds at a time (mini portable washing machine), which is just enough to clean one large pair of jeans. The seller deceived by labelling 17 pounds instead of 4 pounds, causing me to be confused. After the washing machine arrived, they told me not to return it and offered to refund me $40 and do not return it, but mini washing machine only costs around $100. Never buy from this seller !!!!

The pole saw arrived quickly and worked well. The crank starter however failed on the first day of use. Seller was contacted and quickly sent out the replacement part. Good service from the seller and good support, very satisfied with the purchase and service from the seller.

The shipping on this item was unbelievably fast. The packaging for this item was great, even though there were some flawed marks in a small number of metal parts but it appeared they were there before they were painted (nowhere near as noticeable). This product appears to be more strongly supported than displayed in the photo but the demographics have something to be desired, which is not the sellers fault. There are no step-by-step instructions, just like a puzzle. I don't have time for games.
