The boots are amazing. Came well packaged. Shipping was timely. I suggest you go to a Harley dealership and try the boots first. I have bought 2 different riding shoes. Both I have had to size down but a whole size. In any other sneaker or boot, I am a 10.5. However in Harley footwear I have had to go down to a 9.5. They seem to run large. Other than that. The boots are of very high quality, comfort and style.
