The item shipped came from a listing with multiple quantities. The picture was included to show the model number of the shaver handpiece, which happens to be above the serial number. The item was not switched, a quantity of (1) was shipped from a multiple quantity listing. We would have been happy to accept the item on return had a return been filed in a timely manner and not outside the 30 day window.
