    Ox bile

    Ox bile has all but eliminated the need for me to get my gallbladder out. I take it when I’m eating any fatty meal, depending on how much fat, I take anywhere from 3-6 pills through the meal and no longer get gall bladder attacks and rarely have indigestion.

    The supplement I didn't know I needed

    Since emergency gallbladder surgery I just can't lose weight and I would expect one of my many Drs to have realized I might not know that the gallbladder produces bile that helps with digestion. I can't say scientifically but I was scrolling tik tok and saw a post by a popular Dr that said this supplement he recommends to everyone after gall bladder surgery. I've taken it with fatty meals everyday for almost a week and my goodness there's a noticeable difference- I'm using way more toilet paper if you catch my drift. So I would say it seems to be helping with that aspect of my digestion.

    A wonderful way to regulate the body's bile for one without a gallbladder

    The oxbile is necessary for me as I do not have a gallbladder. Nutricology is the only one I can find that is from grass raised cows in New Zealand. It works very well for me.
