Fantastic Experience, the product I ordered (Lite Version) was not available and I was called by the shop and asked if I wanted to upgrade and pay a little more. As I already have the attachments and just neded the lite version I declined and aksed for a refund. I was called back within a few days and offerred the full mop with attachments for the same price rather then a refund. Great communication from the shop and happy with the fast delivery
