Unit was new and as described with the exception that it had the Europe 230 volt power adapter. Not the seller's fault really. The box had a place to indicate the voltage but was unmarked from the factory. Seller promptly offered a $20 refund to cover the cost of a USA power adapter which I purchased from another ebay seller. All good and prompt communication. Excellent customer service.
