This flash unit operates as described in the instructions.

No disappointments on this purchase. It is very simple to use and should work very well on the bounce lighting shots that I do frequently. I wish it had a fill lighting switch, to not over power photos with strong back lighting. But I can work that out. I will use it when the rain stops, a very damp spring here. Now I am set to use my new camera and have the necessary pieces to do the job..

  • Basic entry level no frills iTTL flash. Turn it on and it just "works".

Basic no frills flash for a Nikon DSLR. It is ITTL... no manual settings of any kind. You just turn it on and it "works" with the camera. So far, it seems fine. Be really careful extending the flash focuser that you dont put stress on the fragile shoe. I wanted something cheap that would work with a new DSLR, before I start spending big $$$ on high end equiptment. This is really a rather brainless flash to operate. You attach it, turn it on... thats it, start shooting pictures.

  • I would recomend this Flash! Great for the price!

Not having extensively used this flash yet (just arrived) playing around with it I have been happy thus far, I love the versitility in the movement of the swivle head and its quick to charge back up, but Im sure this will change as the batteries wear down (duh!) My only complaint was that installing the batteries could possibly be irritating when in the field or during a shoot because they seem to fit funny at first and I had to toy with them to finally get them in right, which that may have been my excitment for my new quipment.

  • Good flash

Plenty of output power, syncs well with Nikon D3200 cameras

  • Best flash I know of for the money

LOVE IT! It recharges much faster than most light units. I have had other photographers ask me about it while they wait their 20-30 seconds to recharge. Mine does it in 2-3 sec. And it does not go through batteries. I took ~ 1000 shots at a butterfly garden recently and battery got weak after about 900 of them. Can't beat that! It has all the options of aiming flash, and filter that you want too.
