I like the equipment. The Hand Grip Exerciser is a cool device, but I wish it was more sturdy. Everything else looks great. I have not used the bag yet. I hope it holds up to being hit. The jump rope has empty handles. I do not know if anything goes into them. The Seller seems to be great and quick to ship.
