Decent Product, works well for now - a lot of back and forth communication regarding set up! Seller was not prompt enough for my liking because they are likely 12+ hours ahead of me so in order for me to get help I had to read messages left at 4am Central Time. I had to configure settings for the heat and AC (Developer controls - code 8888 MID setting for my RAM) - Took getting used to and a lot of time taken to understand the new system. It is like a tablet for your truck - the sound is great

A main deciding factor to buy this product was it was listed as being in the US. But only the product is staged here, the seller is located in China. This caused 24 hour delay's in any correspondence. BUT, the seller did work with me to sort out issues with the item and was responsive and accommodating.
