Customer service was friendly and quick to respond, but if they had let me known there was an issue when they became aware instead of responding to my inquiry a week later that would have been a better situation. Boxes were heavily damaged upon arrival but so far looks like all the parts made it ok. I haven’t installed any parts yet to know how it all fits but everything looks ok
