Possibly the most infuriating experience I've had with a seller. Listed in Like New condition. Item arrived in a cut up piece of taped cardboard. Inspected upon arrival and found that there was wear on the slipcover, a small piece of plastic broken off of the snap case, warping of the thin plastic holding the outer paper insert, and discs 5 and 6 heavily scratched. Seller denied it was what they sent out, accused me of damage or alteration, and threatened to restrict me from future purchases.

This person ordered 2 DVD Set, filed return to keep the item for 3 weeks and send it back at the last possible moment.. in Unrecognizable condition. With EVERY single disk scratched and broken. Every single disk. They are forcing me to redo my return policy.
I apologized heavily to this customer and gave them a refund.. and they're still typing paragraphs about their car broken down and a whole bunch of issues that aren't in any way related to this transaction..
