We could never get pass the welcome screen and after contacting seller we returned via fed X. I sent it back double bubble wrapped and double boxed. The seller refused a refund or a replacement ipad stating we had damaged it and that's why it did not work. Totally unscrupulous company . BEWARE...

Listing stated it was a like new open box phone. Dirt and grime was caked all over the speaker areas. This is not as it was advertised and I would not recommend working with this group. They sent aessage promptly after ordering but that doesn't mean very much if the product is not as described.
