While I don't use it like shown... I pulverize the ingredients with a Ninja, of a ACV (with mother) 5 Mix, then pour into a juice bag and compress. Faster then doing it by hand, though I'm sure I can spend more money on something else, but this is a simple basic concept that works for me! Instead of squeezing it literally by hand!!!!!
