ad said "Includes one free LED CEC A19 bulb with 8 watts" and package did not have any light bulb with it, tested it with a 15W bulb (torchiere rated for 60 W max) but it did not work, when I turn the on spindle, it takes several turns to attempt to turn on and sometimes it does and sometimes it doesnt, the contactor at on/on spindle seems damaged on delivery
