    The seller asked me to revise my negative review after it impacted sales: They have mislabeled the Disney version of My Neighbor Totoro as the original 1988 Miyazaki Studios version. The video offered has been re-scripted by Disney with American voice actors. I informed the seller that their description is incorrect. The lack of knowledge about products they are selling was disappointing. I did not accept refund offered after a number of conversations as I donated the item to charity.
