This transaction was--at best--"Fine", but it wasn't positive. Pay very close attention to listing. What is pictured is not what you receive, but in the seller's defense, they do list that the top and bottom thermals are separate purchases. They explained this to me in a message that was responded to within a couple of days. My broader concern? The item doesn't appear to work in accordance with the instructions. Perhaps I got a dud. Either way, I'm probably going to avoid in the future.
