5 star plus for service, communication and packaging. It's worth buying more than one item at a go as they can combine the cost of postage, it's better to buy 3 or 4 things if you can at a time. I had a quick refund off my total post cost. One of the cars I ordered had unfortunately been shop lifted from the store between my order being paid for and put together. I was offered an alternative or a refund and I was more than happy to have an alternative as they have many new items all the time.
