Dress is a dark royal blue velvet at the skirt & sections under the bust & around the shoulders, and has white lace at the bib, back & sleeves. There is a hole at the front left sleeve seam and multiple holes around the front & back hem. Some of the small pom pom fringe around the bib, collar & sleeve cuffs have come unwound or unraveled and have hanging threads. Some of the lace around the sleeve cuffs, collar and bib are slightly dingy or have some slight discoloration. There is some fraying around the hem in various spots and lots of internal fraying all over. It's possible there are other small holes, light spots or snags that weren't noticed. Please look through photos to get a good idea of overall condition.”
