upon opening the sealed box i found that the 4 attaching bolts and washers weren't in box. hoping they would send missing hardware they wanted pics of the box it was shipped in. i told them i had damaged the box opening as it was heavily tapped and discarded the box and couldn't send pics. as of now still no reply. very disappointed in there customer service. should have purchased from my Amazon prime and i would have had better customer service.

I do not recommend this seller, he has several accounts and the same item, different prices in all of them and he does not send it right away. I bought it because it said it took 2 to 4 days to receive it and rather it was after 6 days he sent it to me. I had to leave my city. without my item that I bought
