As a 76 year old, I am not very tech savvy. This printer had NO MANUAL, only a QR code which is very confusing. I called Epson to get assistance, and they sent me to Howly, which I had to pay to use. After almost 2 hours the printer seems to be working, but at the cost of my blood pressure. I was also NOT aware that the printer was a refurbished machine. That is what the box says. You need to be more transparent in your descriptions.

    Prints well.

    Set up was very confusing without a manual. How can I obtain a manual? I was on the phone with a tech (not with Epson) for two hours. At this time the printer seems to be working, but I have only had a few days with it operational. I would appreciate tech support through Epson.
