Item as described. Works great. Good seller and shipping. The shadow is a little darker than I expected. The description says it's dark, the picture doesn't indicate it's very dark. In person it's darker than the picture, but when I took a picture from another phone the image was light like the image in the ad. This isn't a seller or ad issue, just something to note for others purchasing a phone listed with a shadow and deciding whether to buy based on the description or picture.

The item was listed as new - open box. When I received the item, there were obvious signs of wear, including smudges on the screen, and oil & dirt buildup in the crevices. Upon turning on the phone, it abruptly shut down without warning continually, despite being fully charged. When I returned it, the seller immediately threatened to not refund me because I had logged into the device. They asked for a phone number, which I provided, but still did not refund me.
