The seller was good to communicate on time and honest. There was some issues of delay because of the problem in the where house, I can understand and accept it as normal. But the shipping method was not good no tracking method I don’t know what time the might arrive at my location. I have to wait them by the door, they dropped the item and left , how do I know if the item was delivered. I have to spend a lot of time. They have to text, call or knock or ring the door bell .

I been trying to contact this seller about my order because i placed my order on 03/17/24 it was supposed to be delivered by 03/21/24-03/25/24 and my package has not been received by the shipper yet its supposed to be shipped by FedEx so i contacted them and they do not have my package yet somehow the seller created a label for my package and i been texting the seller and i don’t get an answer this is not a good experience at all FedEx all it shows its that the label is created but thats it

we shipped package to Fedex. but Fedex lost our package. so Fedex didn't update the tracking information. and we resend buyer package. we are in weekends on sunday. so we cann't reply buyer at once. and we solved issue with buyer in finally.
