    easy to use with great outcome

    Dr. Joe Mecola recommends this whole body vibration machine. I have found it to be very easy to use. The one unstated fact that I have learned, is that your cortisol level may increase unless each set is limited to one minute with a one minute recovery in between. I highly recommend this form of exercise for anyone over 60.

    My Personal Powerplate

    I am 75 years old, a retired personal trainer, and I have recently had back surgery. My surgeon cleared me to use the Power Plate, so I am building my training program as I get accustomed to the machine. I've only been using it for about a month, but so far I am very pleased. There are many helpful videos online which I combine with my own knowledge of training principles and my regular resistance routine. I would recommend it to anyone, provided they don't have any medical issues that would be adversely affected.
