Laptop was listed as B-Grade, but it was not. There were at least 5 heavy dents and dings on all corners including one crack. Looks like it was dropped many times. The entire bottom of the laptop had been switched out to a non-OEM bottom that did not have any Serial Number or HP info. Clearly it was a used and abused unit. They use stock images of new laptops instead of actual pictures, which is a red flag. When I contacted them, they told me it's B-grade refurbished. What a joke.

The feedback isn't true. The customer is trying to force us into giving them some money back by threatening bad feedback. We offered a full refund and we provided a prepaid return shipping label for full refund, but they decided to keep the item and still complain. We clearly stated that the item they bought is in grade B condition, clearly listed as it will have some signs of use and imperfections, and we priced it accordingly.
