    Appeared to be as described. It didn't work for the machine I tried it in unfortunately since the machine requires a UEFI card, and this GPU (or firmware) doesn't support it. I also didn't read the description closely enough, and realized only afterward that I purchased a card with a low-profile bracket. Anyway, that's all my fault. Seller was great...shipped quickly and arrived on time.
