I still rate this seller as positive in neutral, but the original packaging was damaged before packed for shipping with items missing.. seller unresponsive to messages with total silence concerning your purchase, the only plus side would the main item “foil shaver” was new as described but not brand new and unopened.. I also think it could’ve been a little cheaper with the seller knowing packaging was damaged’ opened with items missing and not “brand new” as described in description..🌟/5
