I was sent the wrong size part for my ski. I reached out to the seller and he tried to insult my intelligence by saying that it is the right size and that I must have no experience working on PWCs. I posted pictures of the new part beside the old one. Maybe now he'll acknowledge that he is wrong and tell me how to get the right part or a refund?

Should of followed step 4 and took it too a professional, his incompetents shows by not being able to install a simple rubber seal, I’ve sold and installed thousands of these but yet this clown can’t fit the seal.
