Arrived flattened and folded in a very dense roll 8 inches in diameter and 18-22 inches long. Must assemble yourself. Very soft pad does not support much. Shipper (Fedex) was frustrating. Sent on the 27th Fedex said I'd get it Thursday, then on Thursday they said Friday. On Friday they said Saturday then on Saturday they said no estimated date. It finally showed on Monday.
