A blues classic forever established in a CD

Blues music which is as enjoyable now as it was in the late sixties / early seventies when this album was originally produced. Multiple songs which have truly stood the test of time. "East-West" is not only the name of the album, but of a truly classic rhythm and blues song included on the CD.

I first bought East West when it was a recently released LP. When turntables yielded to cassette tapes, my copy went by the wayside. However, when jamming blues with friends or alone, I often sang Walkin' Blues, forgetting where I first encountered those lyrics. But I woke up, spent a little money to acquire it as a CD, and in a way. I recaptured some mojo.
