They wanted email to correspond. I ended up paying full price for (2) 3ct rings! They wrote it was being shipped 3 weeks past due date. I finally received my ring. (1) it looked small and it isn't even 3 ct. AND the ring size is 1 whole size less than what I ordered. Had evaluate. Not 4Ct. and NOT ring size ordered.

Update #1: Upon further inspection (in natural light), the rings center stone ("garnet") was NOT the same deep shade of red it is supposed to be (when compared it to my matching pendant and earrings). It was MUCH lighter in color, and had more of a pinkish hue to it. I contacted the seller, and am awaiting their response.
