This Standard, a revision of ASCE/SEI 7-98, includes significant changes to the following sections: general provisions, load combinations, live loads, flood loads, wind loads, snow loads, earthquake loads, and atmospheric ice loads. The earthquake load provisions in Standard ASCE/SEI 7-02 are substantially adopted by reference in the 2003 International Building Code and the 2002 NFPA 5000 Building Construction and Safety Code. Many other provisions of this standard are also adopted by reference by the IBC and NFPA model building codes, including the provisions for calculating wind loads and snow loads.

I am disappointed in the quality. The binding is in very good shape as described. However, the portion of the description that I have included below about the Condition was very inaccurate. There is a LOT of highlighting in multiple colors throughout the first 2/3 to 3/4 of the book.
Good: The majority of pages are undamaged with minimal creasing or tearing, minimal pencil underlining of text, no highlighting of text, no writing in margins.
