    I have tried every contour pillow you can buy at high end major department stores and was worried about purchasing one on eBay without being able to feel it's firmness. I like them very firm for my neck, due to an injury; it's firm and seems to keep its firmness Works great for those that don't like wimpy (soft, mushy) pillows!

    Improved posture.

    I am of the belief that I need to improve my posture and I hope this pillow will help. I suffer from neck pain and stiffness. Since using this pillow, the pain has gone away. I trust the improvement will continue. It certainly is a value.
