This keyboard is fantastic and I'm really liking it so far. It came packaged really well, and it almost seems as if it was never even used considering the physical condition of it and the fact that there was still plastic film covering the screen. The lighting is beautiful and it feels great to type on. The only downside would be the glue residue, but I personally don't care at all since it's completely hidden when the wrist rest is attached and I don't see myself using this without it. Love it!

Great. Mine was likely not used before. The palm rest was previously super-glued on, so the glue was NOT able to be easily cleaned off using alcohol, and instead needed a few hours of scraping with the back of a knife and using acetone to clean the glue off the aluminum body. It was not nearly as easy as I was hoping for.

Regretably, the manufacturer has gone out of business and the website which updated the operating system is no longer functional.
