Window Garnish was new. Price was fair, better than the dealer wanted to charge for a 'one use' item. During installation one of the bolts that secures the Garnish inside the cabin sheared off, unsure if this was a manufacturing issue or if the nut was overtightened (nut was not tightened down very tightly). For the price, I'm not going to complain and I'm glad to have the replacement not secured down with a tube of silicone. After a week of spirited driving, it hasn't moved, so I'm happy.

Great service and arrived as described. It didn't come in a plastic bag or wrapped, just loosed in a bubble envelope. I didn't even know if it was an oem part. Thankfully it did not arrive broken and fits into place on my car like the original part. Hopefully it will last longer than the last one. The price is quite expensive for a small plastic piece. I needed this part because I did not want the hood rod loose and dangling around under the hood.
