On 12/12/2023, I purchased 2 pair of NewBalance shoes from Joes Net Balance Outlet; order #17-10915-23306. The first, Dynasoft Nitrel V5 was delivered on 12/14/23; 2nd pair on 12/19/23. I have purchased New Balance in the past. The 1st pair, ran small; the 2nd pair feels like a pair of dollar store knock-offs. The invoice says return in 30 days with a FULL REFUND - - that is after they charge you $10 - 20 dollars to ship them back. I am requesting a FULL REFUND minus return charges.

The shoes ran really small for New balance. They're smaller than any other of my new balance shoes. To pay for a return shipping would have been almost as much as the pair of shoes cost through UPS so I just kept them. They look really nice and aside from being kind of small are comfortable.
