Not 100% satisfied with the product. Came in a homemade "box" full of a few different pieces of boxes clipped to a homemade wood frame and all pieces lose inside the "BOX" without at least some protection like bubble wrap or something. I mean for the price is the least I was expecting and because of that some pieces needs to be fixed.

so sorry sir maybe in ems open a box and check inside and no put again the protection quilt, it is not the first time we always try to explain to them that they must put it but the unit that verifies the packages to see if they have prohibited content is not managed by EMS we apologize
