Notes
The American folk icon's first full studio release in 12 years and likely the last recording of his illustrious career, features a wealth of all new tracks, including some songs Pete has written recently and/or songs he's never recorded. This CD coincides with the publication of a newly updated version of Pete's autobiography, "Where Have All the Flowers Gone." There have been a number of multi-artist tributes honoring this great American over the last few years but this CD is unique in that Pete himself plays and sings every song.

Very professional and conscientious seller. Test played record and gave me a heads up on a little bit of deepened surface noise on record during one track. I still bought the record and there's no skips, was super clean/like new and the questionable surface noise isn't bothersome. Decent price, excellent communication, fast shipping and packed with superb care to guarantee safe delivery. A+++++!

  • Pete at 89 and going strong!

I was lucky enough to spend an afternoon with my daughter, Pete, his wife Toshi, and just a handful of other folks in 2001 at a workshop at the Beacon Sloop Club. This album might not be the most memorable of the tunes Pete has made famous, but it is PETE. It gives a true snapshot of what this man's life has meant to so many that were influenced by his music and philosophy. Pete always has encouraged others to sing, and this album showcases some other voices, many unknown to most of us. Always something NEW, even at 89! When you've listened to it a few times, I think you'll say, as I did: "That's what I like about Pete Seeger". The album is a treasure. PEACE.

Love the CD. I have been a Pete Seeger fan since 1966. Reminds me of the CD God Bless the Grass. I like the way he had his friends singing along with him.
