The last box arrived damaged and missing 6 of the 10 batteries. Contacted the seller again with pictures showing the damage. The seller responded quickly and shipped the remaining batteries in a different box from the norm. These batteries ended up with bent connectors and were tossed around in the box during shipping not well packed. Order complete

    The only thing wrong with the return request, is that I stated 2 of 2 were received, that was a typo. It should have read (1) of 2,were received on the original order. The seller did everything right to fix the problem, it just took too long to receive the 2nd battery. It was a good price, and customer service was good.
