    A Must Have For Any Pencil Artist

    Even a seasoned pro can use a hand in getting the correct shading degree. This will especially benefit those who are starting out but will also benefit those who are on the commissioned work level. it is made of thin cardboard like material so it seems somewhat durable. It is a little smaller than a cell phone, can easily fit into a shirt pocket, notebook, or artist pencil box but not your wallet unless you are willing to fold it. This is much better than looking up a gray value scale in an artist book or relying on your own judgement. It's really worth the few dollars.

    Great tool

    Great tool for any level of artist from beginner all the way up to a master painter. There great to plan out composition of color. There also good for color mixing. Once you grasp the concept of color with the gray scale it makes painting a lot more fun. I highly recommend this item Thank you Jjohan

    Useful but cheaply made

    Highly useful but it's printed on simple card stock. For the price I was expecting something more durable, like a thin plastic. I can take it to a print shop and have 10 copied onto one sheet of same type of card stock for $5.00
