Gov't USPS shipping is always sucky-butt slow. But it is wut it is. Phone is exactly what I ordered and it looks very nice. Just like the one I'm using now. I accidentally got it wet a couple weeks ago and thought I had lost it. I was able to dry and revive it however. Will use it until it totally dies, then will replace with this brand new Galaxy S21+ 5G. Price was very good. Very good seller. The USPS isn't the seller's fault. Maybe a different shipper might be considered. UPS Maybe..??

BUYER BEWARE. This vendor sells USED GOODS listed as NEW SEALED IN BOX. The S21+ was indeed sealed, but opening it revealed the following defects: 1) one camera lens was ENTIRELY missing; 2) the screen has warps/bubbles - clearly it has been repaired and POORLY; 3) there is a nick in the side of the phone in the corner. It is obvious that this is a used/repaired phone that they tried to pass off to me as new. I tried working with them on a resolution but I was given no acceptable recourse.
