Real buyer here from USA. This product seems to be shipped from India. It is a very useful device for muscle stimulation therapy, for pain relief, and to prevent muscle atrophy. The item is very easy to use. The selection options are printed on the top of this particular model, so I HIGHLY recommend this one here. The seller helped to resolve issue with first package because first machine was defective (not working). They sent a replacement (just the machine body), and it works very wonderfully.
